Call for Candidates – Special Election
We are currently seeking volunteers for Chatelaine and Webminister/SMO and will be holding a special election to fill the remaining term of these positions.  If you are interested in running for either position, please submit your Letter of Intent to Seneschal Baroness Laurena Mouchot by the Business Meeting scheduled for June 8, 2025.   The special election will be held during the July Business Meeting.

Call Deputy Minister of A&S (South) Volunteer
We are also seeking a volunteer for Deputy A&S Minister (South).  If you are interested in taking on this role, please reach out to A&S Minister Honorable Lady Simona della Luna for more information.

Proposed Bylaw Amendments
The proposed amendments to our Bylaws are hereby published.  The proposed amendments: clarify terminology used in the Bylaws document, clarify officer and non-elected roles, establish official communications, establish a financial committee, clarify approval of event and activity proposals, and establish a clear process for adopting or changing policies and bylaws.  A vote on the proposed amended Bylaws will take place during the July Business Meeting.  Read the proposed amendments here.

Call for Officer Candidates
Pursuant to the Bylaws of Caer Adamant, nominations for the offices for the 2024-2025 terms are open for Seneschal, Chatelaine, and Minister of Arts & Sciences.

Letters of intent must be received by the Seneschal prior to the scheduled start of the January business meeting (submit with an email) and should include: member’s modern name; SCA name, if applicable; membership number and expiration date and a statement of interest. For more information, refer to the Shire Bylaws.
