SPECIAL ELECTION
Mari Clock van Hoorne has submitted a Letter of Intent for the vacant office of Chatelaine.  The election will be held during this business meeting. Members of the Shire Populace (anyone able to demonstrate reasonable levels of participation in diverse activities within the Shire of Caer Adamant) are eligible to vote in officer elections.

PROPOSED BYLAWS UPDATE VOTE
The proposed update of the Shire of Caer Adamant Bylaws are presented for consideration of adoption. Amendments to the Bylaws: clarify terminology, clarify officer and non-elected roles, establish official communications, establish a financial committee, clarify approval of event and activity proposals, and establish a clear process for adopting or changing policies and bylaws.
