Proposed Amended Bylaws – May 4, 2025
The proposed amended Bylaws are presented for review. The amendments: clarify terminology used in the document, clarify officer and non-elected roles, establish official communications, establish a financial committee, clarify approval of event and activity proposals, and establish a clear process for adopting or changing policies and bylaws.
